PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSOCIATE
Supervised by Dr. Megan Rhoads, Licensed Psychologist
Supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and cultural identity with compassionate, evidence-based care.
Healing begins with empathy, authentic connection, and a safe space to reconnect with your strengths.

I believe healing begins when people feel safe, understood, and empowered to move at their own pace.
I draw from person-centered therapy, CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based strategies, EMDR, Brainspotting, and strengths-based approaches to support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, workplace stress, relationship concerns, and cultural or systemic stressors.
My work emphasizes empathy, collaboration, and helping clients reconnect with their own capacity for growth and meaningful change.

A Bit About Me
Outside of therapy, I feel most grounded when I’m outdoors, traveling, hiking, camping, or exploring new places. Time in nature helps me recharge and stay present, while travel continues to deepen my appreciation for different cultures, perspectives, and ways of life.
I also value physical health, meaningful connection, and lifelong curiosity. My love of dogs is a big part of who I am, and I hope to one day be involved in dog rescue.
